Operator-maintained component posture
  • Nerd connector APIOperational
Serves company-published guidance and checks through Nerd's MCP endpoint. This does not mean an end-to-end customer workflow has been proven.
  • Workspace consoleOperational
Workspace setup, member access, publishing, and review surfaces.
  • OAuth & workspace accessOperational
Authentication and workspace scoping for Nerd. Customer source-system credentials remain with your AI.
  • Process & setup capabilitiesOperational
Read-only capabilities serve processes, sources, approval rules, templates, data rules, and verification contracts.
  • Packet verificationOperational
Checks a host-reported packet against the company's published contract. It does not read source systems, price a quote, prove approval, or send anything.
  • End-to-end customer host connectionNot Yet Proven
No real customer host has completed the full connection and quote workflow yet. This is a product-proof gap, not a reported outage.
  • External uptime monitoringNot Yet Monitored
A hosted status provider with live probes is planned (see note below).

Incidents & severities

We classify incidents SEV1–SEV3. A SEV1 is the most serious: a cross-account or cross-tenant exposure, an authentication bypass, or a total outage; it is treated as a brand-event-class incident. SEV2 is a degraded Nerd guidance or verification path; SEV3 is cosmetic or single-surface. Response is best-effort in early access (not an SLA). Our incident-response runbook, severity definitions, and the customer comms templates are documented internally and summarized in our reliability docs.

How this page is maintained

In early access, component posture above is updated by our operator during and after an incident. There is no automated live health probe or third-party status provider yet (planned). Operational means that the named Nerd service is available according to that operator-maintained check; it does not mean a real customer workflow has been validated. We show Not yet proven and Not yet monitored rather than a fake all-green.
